How to Register
Step 1 – Download Parent Consent Form
Parents/guardians must complete and sign the official consent form before registration.
Step 2 – Complete Online Registration Form
Fill in the Player Registration Form with your details and upload the signed Parent Consent Form.
Step 3 – Attend Trials
Once registered, you’ll be invited to attend trials.
Step 4 – Training Sessions
If successful at trials, you’ll join our regular training sessions led by qualified coaches.
Step 5 – Kit & Team Integration
New players will be required to obtain the official Unleashed FC kit. This marks your official inclusion in the squad.
Step 6 – Tournament Selection
Based on performance, discipline, and commitment, players will be selected to represent Unleashed FC in tournaments.

How can i join Unleashed FC?
You can register by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. New players are welcome to attend a trial session.
What age groups do you cater for?
Currently we have U15 A, U15 B, and U17 squads. As we grow, we aim to expand into more divisions.
Where and when do you train?
Training takes place at Ridgepark College (astro turf) and Crusaders (outdoor fields), with weekly scheduled sessions.
Do players need to bring their own kit?
Players should bring boots, shin guards, and water. Match kits can be purchased through the club..
Do you play in a league?
At present, Unleashed FC competes in tournaments and friendly matches. We are working towards entering formal leagues as the club grows.
How can I or my business support the club?
We welcome sponsorships in the form of kit, meals, equipment, or financial backing. Sponsors receive visibility across tournaments, social media, and events.
